Belarus - Kazakhstan: a round table with the participation of an expert from BSEU

On September 27, on the basis of the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies, a round table was held in honor of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Belarus, which was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Belarus Askar BEISSENBAYEV. The event was attended by the head of the Department of Political Science of the Belarusian State Economic University Aleksey BELYAEV, who, together with diplomats, deputies of the Belarusian parliament, political analysts and scientists from other universities, discussed the problems of bilateral Belarusian-Kazakh cooperation.

During the discussion, both achievements and problematic issues in relations between the two countries were announced, ways to expand contacts, including in the field of higher education and academic mobility, were outlined. Against the backdrop of friendly relations with Kazakhstan, BSEU has the opportunity to intensify contacts in the field of training personnel for joint economic activities.
