Перспективное развитие личных подсобных хозяйств сельских жителей Республики Беларусь (на примере Минской области)

Abstract

Обоснованы теоретические основы и концептуальные направления развития ЛПХ граждан в условиях многообразия форм собственности и хозяйствования; выявлены основные факторы, определяющие уровень развития и эффективность функционирования ЛПХ; обоснованы наиболее рациональные формы кооперации и интеграции ЛПХ с общественным сельскохозяйственным производством, другими предприятиями и организациями; разработка для условий республики моделей ЛПХ различного производственного направления с учетом демографической структуры сельской семьи; подготовка программы развития производства в ЛПХ и социальной инфраструктуры села в условиях перехода на рыночные отношения.

The theoretical foundations and conceptual directions for the development of private household plots of citizens in the conditions of diversity of forms of ownership and management are substantiated; the main factors determining the level of development and efficiency of functioning of private household plots have been identified; the most rational forms of cooperation and integration of private household plots with public agricultural production, other enterprises and organizations are substantiated; development of models of private household plots for various production areas for the conditions of the republic, taking into account the demographic structure of the rural family; preparation of a program for the development of production in private household plots and social infrastructure of the village in the context of the transition to market relations.
