Rules of stay and accommodation»

All foreign citizens arriving to study at BSEU must visit the International Relations Department within 5 days after crossing the border (room 4, building 2, tel. +375-17-229-12-82, +375-33-391-72-57 – MTS, Viber, WhatsApp) for registration in the Republic of Belarus.

In the Republic of Belarus, foreign students must become a consular accounting of its diplomatic mission.

In the Republic of Belarus, foreign students must only reside at the place of residence where they are registered in the registration authorities.

In the case of change of the place of residence, foreign students must, within 3 working days, calculated from the date of arrival at the new place of temporary residence, submit documents to the International Relations Department for registration at the new place of residence.

During the entire period of study foreign student independently monitors validity of the registration marked in his/her passport. 20 days before the registration becomes invalid foreign student must apply to the International Relations Department with a request to renew the registration.

A foreign citizen expelled from the university must leave the university dormitory and leave the territory of the Republic of Belarus within 15 days from the date of expulsion. Any departure of a foreign student from the Republic of Belarus is possible only with an accomplished departure clearance, which should be obtained from the Dean’s Office for International Students.

Failure by foreign citizens to comply with the rules of stay on the territory of the Republic of Belarus entails bringing to administrative responsibility (FINE) and consideration of the issue of further education and stay in the Republic of Belarus. Foreign citizens who have not left the territory of the Republic of Belarus within the established time limits are subject to deportation.
