1.3 Research work;
2. Modules of a component of institution of higher education:
2.1 Current problems of civil law;
2.2 Procedural aspects of protection of the rights of legal entities and individuals;
2.3 Innovative approaches in investigation of economic crimes.
3. Modules of a component of institution of higher education (for choice):
3.1.1 Current problems of the international civil procedure and national labor law

In the standard curriculum 1-24 80 01 "Law" is provided for studding of five disciplines of the state component:
- Modern problems and methodology of law science;
- Law-making of bodies of representative, executive and judicial authority;
- Legal support of development of the electronic state;
- Implementation of international treaties in a national legal system;
- Institutional law of the Union State of EEU and CIS.
The disciplines forming a profiling basis:
In the standard curriculum is provided for profiling "Legal support of economic activity" (within preparation in 1-24 80 01 "Law") the following disciplines:
- Current problems of the theory and practice of application of the civil legislation;
- Corporate law;
- Legal regulation of securities market;
- Settlement of the legal conflicts in the sphere of mediation;
- Enforcement proceeding;
- Modern problems of investigation of the economic crimes;
- Problems of the international civil procedure;
- Legal regulation of non-standard employment (a state and the prospects of development) in the Republic of Belarus;
- Legal regulation of labor of separate categories of workers;
- State regulation of economic activity;
- Legal protection of the environment and ensuring environmental safety in the course of economic activity;
- Legal support of food security.

- Pedagogics and psychology of the higher education.Results:
