Admission procedure for international students
Applicants who wish to enroll one of Master’s programs in the Russian language and have no certificate of the BSEU Pre-university department are subject to preliminary testing in Russian or enter the BSEU Pre-university department.
International students who wish to enroll one of Master’sprograms in the English language have to undergo the following steps.
STEP 1: Send us the scans of the following documents.
Required scanned documents for initial review:
- Filled application form;
- Copies of an undergraduate diploma and transcripts;
- Copy of the applicants passport (pages with photo and passport details);
- Highly detailed CV;
- Personal essay describing the applicant's motivation to study in one of the master’s programs;
- Copy of TOEFL/ IELTS certificate. TOEFL or IELTS certificate is necessary to confirm your language skills.
The deadline for international applicants is 31 October.
STEP 2: You application form will be reviewed. And a date for an interview regarding your motivation about studying in our programs will be arranged.

STEP 3: After that you will deal with the Dean’s office for international students. They will prepare an invitation as for admission to the BSEU foreign citizens are required to obtain an educational entrance visa. This visa is issued by Belarusian Consulates abroad against the University’s letter of invitation.
STEP 4: After getting an invitation from them, you apply for a Belarusian visa at the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in your country.
STEP 5: If you are granted the visa, you must arrive and send your contact details (your local address and phone number) and the fact that you are here to firstname.lastname@example.org. Within 5 days after arrival to Belarus, you will need to register with the local authorities. We will inform you regarding the details.
