Department of International Business
Galina Turban, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, since 2001 -Head of the Department for International Business.
Established on September 28, 2001, the Department for International Business succeeded to the Department of International Economic Relations, the first in Belarus organized in 1991 to train economists for foreign economic activities.
The faculty of the Department includes the lecturers who in early 90s developed methodological and training package for the full- and part-time students specializing in “Economics and management in foreign economic activities”, including those obtaining the second degree.
At the stage of its establishment the Department for International Business participated in the TEMPUS-TACIS Project "European Union Economy" implemented by the Belarusian State Economic University together with Jean Moulin University Lyon-3 (France), the University of Turin (Italy) and the Lyon Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
2 Doctors of Science, 8 Candidates of Science, 6 Assistants are working in the Department. The lecturers have been trained in the leading universities and research centers in the UK, Germany, Italy, China, Russia, USA and France. It contributed to incorporating the achievements of the advanced scientific schools of the world economy and international business as well as to introducing modern teaching techniques.
The department has always been focusing on the practice-oriented approach in training future specialists.

- "Business Administration" (program "International Business by Country and Region").
