BSEU First Vice-Rector Responsibilities: Manages the organization of educational activities at the University. Ensures the functioning of all areas of the educational process, coordinates the activities of structural units to develop and implement comprehensive development programs of the University. Organizes work on scientific and methodological support of educational innovations in the University's activities, the development of interactive learning tools. Organizes current and long-term planning of the teaching staff activities and the activities of the scientific and methodological council. Controls the quality assurance of the educational process in the implementation of educational programs of higher education, and additional adult education. Provides selection and rational placement of faculty and other pedagogical personnel. |

BSEU Vice-Rector for Science
Responsibilities: Organizes research work, coordinates scientific conferences and seminars, promotes implementation of the results of research work into practice. Oversees the activities of the Center for Scientific Research, the Center for Macroeconomic Research, the Center for Commodity Research, research centers and laboratories, Department for Training of Highly Qualified Research Personnel, postgraduate and doctoral programs, dissertation defense councils, student research bureau, editorial office of BSEU Bulletin Journal. |

BSEU Vice-Rector for Academic Activities Responsibilities: Oversees BSEU's international activities, the organization of admission and training of foreign citizens, the organization of master's degree programs, and educational activities for advanced training and retraining of personnel. Supervises the work of the International Relations Department, the Educational and Methodical Department for the Coordination of Education of Foreign Citizens, the Educational and Methodological Department for Master's Degree Training. Oversees the development and implementation of joint educational programs, joint degree and English-language programs. |

BSEU Vice-Rector for Ideological work and Education Responsibilities: Organizes the University’s ideological, educational and social activities involving students. Heads the Coordinating Council for Youth Affairs and Educational Work, the Council for Crime Prevention, and the Council for the Prevention of Neglect and Juvenile Delinquency. Represents the University in relations with the primary Trade Union Organization of Students and the Belarusian Republican Youth Union. Supervises and oversees the activities of the student campus, of the Department of Educational Work with Youth, including educational work in the University's dormitories and in the Students' Club. |

Directs the organization of capital and current renovation and repair of the University buildings. Oversees the work of Operations and Technical Department, the Chief Power Engineer and Chief Mechanic Services, the Supply Department, Occupational Safety Department, the Trade Complex, the University campus, and the Sports and Health Center. |
