Scientific conference "Finances of the new era: regulation, technology, security"

Students of the Faculty of International Economic Relations together with representatives of Belagroprombank held a scientific conference in the World Café format at the coworking platform from Belagroprombank - Igrow.by on the topic: "Finances of the new era: regulation, technology, security".

Students took an active part in the discussions, sharing an unconventional vision of current issues. During the event, a lecture was also held with the participation of the head of the financial monitoring department Lyudmila Ivanovna Bokunchik on the topic: "Combating money laundering and terrorist financing", where it was noted that in modern conditions these are global challenges associated with colossal amounts and potentially catastrophic consequences for the economy and security. The lecture was aimed at preventing financial crimes and improving the financial literacy of students.

The event was a valuable experience for students in the areas of communication, teamwork and public speaking, which are necessary for a successful career in any field, and also emphasized the importance of continuous learning and professional development, motivating students to constantly improve their knowledge and skills. We would like to thank Belagroprombank and the IGROW center for such a wonderful opportunity for students to deepen their knowledge in the development of the digital ruble and its impact on the banking system, the implementation of responsible investment principles, regulation of cryptocurrency transactions, the introduction of artificial intelligence and machine learning in banking processes, the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing, and biometric client identification technologies.
