Dialogue platform with representatives of the notary profession at BSEU
On July 15, a dialogue platform was held on the topic: "The role of modern notaries in ensuring the implementation of state policy in the field of family protection and preservation of traditional values." The speakers were Galina Mikhailovna Ivannikova, deputy chairperson of the Minsk City Notary Chamber, Elena Nikolaevna Senozhatskaya, notary of the Minsk City Notary District, Andrey Vladimirovich Govich, press secretary of the Minsk City Notary Chamber.
The event was aimed at discussing current trends in notarial activities, exchanging experience and developing recommendations for improving practice. Notaries shared their professional experience and provided explanations on the most real-life situations.
During the work of the platform, issues of the procedure for registering real estate transactions were discussed. The speakers emphasized the importance of informing the population about the differences between a gift agreement and a will, the procedure for entering into an inheritance, the correct execution of powers of attorney and ways to protect property from illegal encroachment.
Special attention was paid to new forms of electronic interaction aimed at increasing the efficiency of notary bodies and improving the quality of services provided to citizens.
The organizers and participants of the event express confidence that the past dialogue platform has become a platform for open and constructive dialogue, contributing to the further development of the notary profession and increasing the level of legal literacy of the population.
