Responsible Business Forum "Riding the Wave of Sustainability – 2025"

On October 23, the Responsible Business Forum "Riding the Wave of Sustainability – 2025" was held at the Belarusian Spiritual Center for Cultural Revival in Minsk, initiated by the UN Global Compact Network in Belarus. Belarusbank served as the Forum's general partner. Representatives of government agencies, international organizations, and businesses participated in the Forum. The Forum's main theme was the implementation of sustainable development principles, including the circular economy, at the macro-governmental and micro-business levels.

The Forum also hosted the Plenary Session of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Institutional, Informational, and Accounting-Analytical Support for the Circular Economy: Status and Development Prospects," organized by the Accounting and Economics Faculty of Belarusian State Economic University. Olga Vladimirovna Golovach, Head of the Department of Accounting, Analysis, and Audit in Industry, moderated the Plenary Session. Of particular interest to the Forum participants were the reports presented during the aforementioned Plenary Session by representatives of BGEU (Olga Vladimirovna Golovach, Head of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Audit in Industry; Anastasia Vladimirovna Stanovskaya, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics of the Agro-Industrial Complex and Nature Management) and invited speakers (Tatyana Nikolaeva Rybak, Head of the Main Directorate for Regulation of Accounting, Reporting and Auditing of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus; Anatoly Ivanovich Belousov, Professor of the North Caucasus Federal University; and Yuri Yuryevich Korolev, Professor of the Westminster International University in Tashkent).
