III international scientific and methodological conference “ensuring the quality of education: state, problems, and prospects”

On November 12, 2025, the III International Scientific and Methodological Conference “Ensuring the Quality of Education: State, Problems, and Prospects” was held at the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The conference was organized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the Department of Quality Control in Education, and Brest State Technical University. Representatives from the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, and Kyrgyzstan participated in the conference, reflecting a broad international interest in the topics of education quality and the exchange of best practices.

From the Belarusian State Economic University, Olga Stanislavovna Romanova, Head of the Educational Process Coordination Center, and Elena Vasilyevna Gutnikova, Deputy Head of the Educational Process Coordination Center and Head of the Educational and Methodological Department, participated in the conference.

The conference featured a plenary session, an open dialogue platform, and open microphone discussions across various sections, covering all aspects of developing a high-quality education system.

At the dialogue platform, Olga Stanislavovna Romanova, Head of the Educational Process Coordination Center, PhD in Economics, and Associate Professor, delivered a report on “The Internal System of Ensuring Education Quality: Goals and Key Tools.”
