Representatives of the FMEO of BSEU took part in the V Belarusian-Russian Patriotic Forum "We Must Live and Remember"

The V Belarusian-Russian Patriotic Forum "We Must Live and Remember" was held at the Belarusian State Medical University.

Active participation in the event was taken by students and teachers of the Faculty of International Economic Relations of the Belarusian State Economic University.

Thematic sections were held as part of the forum, dedicated to key aspects of preserving the memory of the Great Patriotic War and modern patriotic education. Participants discussed important lessons of history, the role of memory in educating young people, as well as the significance of the feat of medical workers during the war years.

Polina Getman, a student of the FMEO, presented a report on the topic: "Labour Belarus – a feat in the name of the future." In her address, Polina emphasised the contribution of the Belarusian people to the common Victory, as well as the importance of preserving the memory of the labour feat on the home front.

The forum became yet another confirmation that historical memory knows no borders, and the joint work of Belarusian and Russian youth helps to carefully preserve the truth about the war and pass it on to future generations.
