The Preparatory Course
in the School of Pre-University Training at Belarus State Economic University

The School of Pre-University Training (SPUT) at Belarus State Economic University trains prospective undergraduates for the centralized examination and centralized testing in the following subjects:

The preparatory course is aimed at:

Classes are conducted either in person or using information technology (distance learning).

In all the types of courses students are grouped for training in one, two or three subjects (depending on their choice) based on their academic achievement.

A small number of students in study groups enables the teacher to implement a personal approach to each student.

Classes are conducted by highly qualified teachers who are full-time members of SPUT staff and have practical experience in training students for passing the centralized examination and centralized testing with high scores.

Every class students are given home assignment which is checked by the teachers afterwards. In-depth analysis of past centralized tests is widely used in the training process. Study guides developed by the School’s teachers are used in the training process. The cost of the study guides is included in the course fees.

Students annually fill in a questionnaire whose findings help the teachers to perfect the training process and quickly react to students’ needs and wishes.

Besides organizing the work of the preparatory course, the School of Pre-University Training conducts practice testing in a number of subjects over the secondary education course based on the tests offered by EI ‘The Republican Institute of Knowledge Testing’.

For information concerning practice testing at BSEU please call 209-78-15.
