For foreign citizens

Founded in 1933 Belarus State Economic University is one of the oldest institutions of higher education in Belarus. Today BSEU is one of the largest universities in Belarus training specialists in the fields of economics, marketing, business administration, sociology, political science and law.

Belarus State Economic University is the leading educational institution in the field of economics. Since its foundation, the university has trained more than 165 thousand highly qualified specialists. We are particularly proud of our international graduates. Yearly we have more than 4 thousand graduates, about 300 of which are international ones. More than a half of international graduates are Bachelors. From one year to the next the number of international Masters is increasing.

To maintain and develop interuniversity cooperation with foreign partners, BSEU implements more than 150 contracts and agreements with foreign institutions of higher education, foundations and organizations from 50 countries. The University seeks to develop a network of international contacts and is in constant search of new partners.

Currently, the university participates in three international rankings. In 2018 BSEU took among Belarusian institutions of higher education the second place in TRANSPARENT RANKING: Top Universities by Google Scholar Citations, the fifth position in UniRank and the eighth in Webometrics Ranking of World Universities.

BSEU trains foreign citizens in all modes (full-time, part-time, distance) and levels of study, from the Center for Pre-university Educating and Professional Orientation and language courses to master's, postgraduate and doctoral program. Training in bachelor’s, master's, postgraduate and doctoral programs is possible both in Russian and English. In addition, the university offers internship programs, summer and winter language schools.
