On October 16, Minsk hosted an International Round Table that brought together representatives of leading business schools from Belarus and Russia. The participants focused on changing the architecture of international partnership and the sovereignty of business education, taking into account the national context, as well as the experience of forming new academic alliances within the CIS, EAEU, and BRICS frameworks.

On October 21, Belarus State Economic University hosted an open dialogue platform, which became a continuation of the republican project "Being a mom is cool! Being a dad is cool!". The event, timed to Father's Day and the Week of Parent Family, brought together the university management, lecturers, experts, and students to discuss issues of responsible parenting. The meeting was opened by the Vice-Rector for Ideological and Educational Work of BSEU, Sergey Ivanovich Skriba. He congratulated those present on the holiday and noted the important role of both parents in raising children. As part of the official ceremony, on behalf of the Belarusian Union of Women, letters of appreciation for professionalism, initiative, and contribution to the development of the women's movement were presented to the Dean of the Faculty of Accounting and Economics Svetlana Konstantinovna Matalytskaya, Deputy Dean Tatyana Vladimirovna Prokhorenko, and Associate Professor Olga Alexandrovna Romanovich, who successfully combines teaching with raising three children.

BSEU has announced the results of its most anticipated event: the "Student of the Year 2026" competition. On October 20, 2026, a delegation from the Embassy of the Federative Republic of Brazil to the Republic of Belarus visited the Belarus State Economic University. The meeting was attended by the Rector of BSEU Alexei Egorov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil Júlio César Fontes Larangeira, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Olga Morozevich, and the First Secretary of the Embassy of Brazil Fabiano Joël Wollmann.

From October 12 to 17, the Belarusian State Economic University hosted Zumrat Talatovna Gaibnazarova – Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor of the Department of Macroeconomic Policy and Forecasting at the Tashkent State University of Economics. As part of the "Visiting Professor" program, lectures for students, a round table and meetings dedicated to the exchange of experience between Belarus and Uzbekistan were held.
