Responsibilities:
Manages the organization of educational activities at the University. Ensures the functioning of all areas of the educational process, coordinates the activities of structural units to develop and implement comprehensive development programs of the University. Organizes the work on scientific and methodological support of educational innovations in the activities of the university, the development of interactive learning tools.
Organizes current and prospective planning of the pedagogical staff and the work of the scientific and methodological council. Controls the quality assurance of the educational process in the implementation of educational programs of higher education, additional adult education. Provides selection and rational placement of teaching staff and other teaching staff.

Responsibilities:
Coordination of scientific and research work, conduction of scientific conferences and seminars, support of realization of results of scientific and research work.

Supervision of the work of Center for Scientific Research, Center for Macroeconomic Research, Center for Commodity Studies, research centers and laboratories, Department of training of scientific personnel of higher qualification, postgraduate and doctoral studies, councils for dissertations, student research bureau, editorial office of "The BSEU Herald" Magazine.

Organizer of the University’s ideological, educational and social activities with students.
Supervisor of the Guardians Council, the Law Education and Crime Prevention Council, and the Coordination Council.
Representative of the University in its relations with the Student Union Committee and the Belarusian Republican Youth Union.
Coordinator of the Youth Education Department activities, including dormitories and BSEU Student Club.

Responsibilities:
Organizer of the University’s facilities activities.
Supervisor of capital maintenance of the University buildings.
Coordinator of technical support and buildings maintenance, facility supply, general services departments, the garage, the warehouse, the Department of Labor Protection, the Trade Complex, and the University campus.
