Tour of the region for teachers and students of BDU

On the weekend, teachers and students of BSU visited the beautiful places of four districts of the Minsk region during the excursion "Grey Walls Presentation".
The legendary route "Kreva-Baruny-Halshany-Bohdanova-Dziatniki-Vishneva-Valozhyn" is one of the most romantic and fantastic in Belarus. Tourists have been traveling along it for 30 years. In Kreve, our travelers got acquainted with the oldest castle in Belarus, where the Union of Krewe was signed in 1385, and looked at the Keistuta tower, from where Prince Vytautas managed to escape in women's clothes and escape death. In Baruny - they visited the incredibly beautiful Petropavlovsk Church (18th century), which was formerly part of the Basilian monastery complex, and saw the monument to the crew of the "Ilya Muramets" plane, who died in the First World War. In Galshany - listen to the legend about the white maiden of the Halshan Castle. In Bogdanov - they visited the church of Michael the Archangel, which is the fourth in the same place. In Desyatniki - we saw the largest German cemetery of World War I. In Vishnevo - admire the 17th century Dobravesh church. In Volozhyn - we walked around the central square of the city and looked at the church of John the Baptist, the monument to John Paul II and the Jewish yeshiva.
Traveling in Belarus turned out to be very informative. Years later, people managed to preserve their memory and show guests what their land is famous for. Many interesting events took place on our land, talented people lived. "We have something to be proud of," said the excursion participants, returning to Minsk, and began to choose a new route for the future trip.
