Students of the FIBC BSEU received the Prizes of the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China

On November 22, in the assembly hall of the Lyceum of the Belarusian State University, a solemn ceremony of awarding the Prize of the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China for 2021 and 2022 was held.

The ceremony was opened by welcoming speeches by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Belarus, Mr. Xie XIAOYUNG, as well as the Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Sergey RUDY, and the rector of BSU Andrey KOROL. A bright and colorful concert program with traditional Chinese dances and musical numbers was prepared for the guests.

And, of course, we are proud to announce that the students of the Faculty of International Business Communications of the Belarusian State Economic University Anna SAZONOVA and Polina VOYTYUK, who study Chinese as a second foreign language, were awarded the Prize of the Ambassador of China!

We congratulate the Faculty of International Business Communications on another achievement and wish prosperity and even greater interest of BSEU students to the Chinese language and culture to the Confucius Cabinet of the Belarusian State Economic University under the RICC BSU!

Reference: The Chinese Ambassador's Award was established by the Chinese Embassy in 2016 as part of the One Belt, One Road initiative to strengthen Chinese-Belarusian friendship, develop cooperation between the two countries in the field of education and promote the study of Chinese by Belarusians.
