Meeting of BSEU foreign students with a representative of the Citizenship and Migration Department

Foreign citizens studying at the Belarusian State Economic University met with the Deputy Head of the Citizenship and Migration Department of the Zavodskoy District Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk Ivan Shulga. The event was designed to establish a dialogue with foreign students and make the process of their education and living in the Republic of Belarus more accessible and comfortable.
The representative of the OGiM shared the legislative information necessary for foreign students studying and living on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. Foreign citizens were explained the aspects of the Belarusian legislation that are of the greatest importance for them:

• issues of registration, preparation of documents,
• observance of the laws of the Republic of Belarus and the operation of legislation in relation to representatives of foreign states.

Representatives of Turkmenistan, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Turkey, and African countries took part in the conversation. The participants had the opportunity to ask their questions. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Department of Education Coordination of Foreign Citizens of BSEU: head of department Elena Kolyada, methodologist Anna Ignatieva, specialist Batyr Charyev and trainee student from the Faculty of International Relations of BSU Yana Nikiforova.
