New interaction formats at FCTI: round table with organizations-customers of personnel

This month, for the first time at FCTI, a round table was held with representatives of organizations that order personnel on the topic: “The Faculty of Commerce and Tourism Industry of the Belarusian State Economic University in the paradigm of questions: “University 3.0: interaction with the real sector of the economy in the formation of special competencies of graduates””.

The round table was attended by Dean of the FCTI Alexander Ivanovich Erchak, Deputy Deans Svetlana Nikolaevna Lapina, Tatyana Andreevna Bazylchuk, heads of departments of the faculty Alla Mechislavovna Braikova, Lyudmila Sergeevna Klimchenya, Inessa Mechislavovna Mikulich, Mikhail Mikhailovich Petukhov, head of the student scientific and practical business incubator of the FCTI BSEU Lidiya Sergeevna Patsay and representatives of student activists. On the part of the real sector of the economy - representatives of the State Committee for Property of the Republic of Belarus, the National Cadastral Agency, RUE "Institute of Real Estate and Valuation", RUE "National Center for Marketing and Price Study", LLC "Real Estate Agency" Ulasny Dakh "", Associations of online enterprises Trade, Eurotorg LLC, TKUP "Department Mag Belarus", CJSC "Patio" (chain of stores "5 element"), LLC "OMA", LLC "LibretikGroup", RDUP "President-Hotel", Republican Union of Tourist Organizations.

The round table was moderated by Alexander Ivanovich Erchak. Within the framework of the round table, the problems and prospects of practice-oriented training of future specialists in the areas of trade, restaurant, hotel business, e-commerce, real estate, and tourism were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the modern requirements of personnel customers for the quality of training and the formation of graduates' competencies, as well as the possibilities of specialized institutions and organizations in terms of organizing practice, providing jobs, and organizing internships for teaching staff. Also, the participants of the round table made proposals on the introduction of new formats of interaction into the educational process.

At the end of the event, the invited representatives of the organizations-customers of personnel congratulated the Belarusian State Economic University and the Faculty of Commerce and Tourism Industry on the 90th anniversary of its founding, wishing further prosperity, development and maintaining a leading position in the educational services market.
