Strategic session "Youth of the Union State in the face of new challenges"

In the last days of April in Smolensk, a strategic session "Youth of the Union State in the face of new challenges" was held. In one of the 13 hero cities, activists of the Smolensk and Moscow branches of the Young Guard, the Belarusian Republican Youth Union and the NGO Belaya Rus met. From April 27 to April 30, BSEU sophomores, leaders of the university's "Belaya Rus" PA, took direct part in this event.

The youth regions of the Union State were not only filled with creative solutions, but also reflected the need for interaction between the younger generation of Russia and Belarus. Representatives of BSEU discussed the prospects for integration processes and worked in groups. During the session, future political scientists Vyacheslav Sabansky, Kirill Kalechits and UEF students Anastasia Vasyutich and Valeria Nupreichik met with experts in the field of the Union State, attended lectures and networking. Based on the knowledge gained, all participants defended their projects dedicated to helping veterans, the roads of history, the youth of the Union State, etc. The activists received a huge amount of knowledge, which they will now apply in further projects.

Sabansky Vyacheslav: “Thanks to the organizers for the event, which helped me to raise awareness of the political and economic events in our countries. I was glad to see how young people study topics related to our states with interest. I am convinced that the Union State is not just a formality, but real cooperation that brings mutual benefit to our countries.”
