Digital economy through the eyes of students

On May 12, as part of the work of the V Moscow Academic Economic Forum (MAEF-2023), the International Russian-Belarusian scientific round table "Digital Economy through the Eyes of Students" was held. The event was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Belarusian State Economic University and the 200th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Russian writer and teacher K.Ushinsky.

Organizers: Belarusian State Economic University (BSEU); Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushinsky; Yaroslavl regional branch of the VEO of Russia.

The work of the round table was opened by Andrey KALSIN, member of the Board of the VEO of the Russian Federation, head of the Yaroslavl branch of the VEO of Russia, head of the Department of Economic Theory and Management of the Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushinsky; Galina TURBAN, Head of the Department of International Business, Belarusian State Economic University; Anna BOBINA, Member of the Board of the VEO of Russia, Head of the Department for Scientific Conferences and All-Russian Projects of the VEO of Russia.

Presentations were made by students of the Belarusian State Economic University and students of the Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushinsky. The topics of presentations were devoted to two main areas: 1) current trends in the development of the digital economy and its impact on entrepreneurial activity, 2) education in the digital economy.
