From May 22 to May 26, Minsk hosts the Belarusian-Russian School of Allied Leaders, which is organized by the Foundation for the Support of Public Diplomacy named after Alexander Gorchakov and the Center for Analysis and Forecasting Union Integration Processes.

The purpose of this project is to increase the activity of allied youth, which will work on integration projects in various areas: parliamentarism, volunteerism, entrepreneurship and education. The School program includes practice-oriented master classes from leading experts in economics and diplomacy. The project itself is aimed at purposeful and active young people from 20 to 30 years old.

The leaders of the club "Young Analysts of Belarus", created under the auspices of the NGO "Belaya Rus", were invited to participate in the project. Future political scientists - students of the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Education of the Belarusian State Economic University Vyacheslav Sabansky and Kirill Kalechits joined the friendly atmosphere and discussed the prospects for the development of the Union State.
On May 24, school participants visited the Council of the Republic, where they were told about the specifics of the activities of the legislative body and its features. During the visit, a meeting was held with the Chairman of the Council, Natalia KOCHANOVA, at which the speaker answered all the questions of interest to the youth. The main topic of the meeting is the strengthening of the Union State in the face of external challenges and the role of active youth in cooperation between our countries.

“The time is not easy now, the geopolitical division of the world is underway. And we see how difficult it is for young people to understand the information that comes from different sources. It used to be easier for us. And today this information web has covered everything and everything,” Natalya Kochanova noted.
