XXХII Minsk international book fair

From March 12 to 16, 2025, the largest book forum, the XXХII Minsk International Book Fair, was held in Minsk. It was organized by the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, the Minsk City Executive Committee, the Union of Writers of Belarus and Makbel LLC. It was attended by book publishing and bookselling companies and organizations, printing companies, international and national associations of book publishers and book distributors, literary and information agencies and societies, as well as other international, regional and national organizations and associations. The exhibition attracted about 76 thousand visitors.

The main theme of the exhibition was the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. 20 countries took part in the book forum: Belarus, Brazil, Venezuela, Germany, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, DPRK, Cuba, Kyrgyzstan, UAE, Pakistan, Palestine, Russia, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan. The central exhibitor of the exhibition was the collective stand of the Eurasian Five: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia. Publishers from various countries presented new book projects, meetings with famous Belarusian and foreign authors took place, and extensive trade in book products was organized.

The Publishing Center of BGEU, along with other university publishing houses, took an active part in the XXII Minsk International Book Fair at the site of the specially created "Educational Quarter". At a separate stand, the Publishing Center exhibited about 50 titles of textbooks and teaching aids published in the past and current years. A wide range of educational literature was presented on issues of economics, accounting, finance and banking, marketing and management, commodity science, as well as other academic disciplines studied at our university.
