Patriotic project "Obelisks of the Great Feat" at BSEU

On September 13, BSEU became a part of the large-scale patriotic project "Obelisks of the Great Feat".

"Obelisks of the Great Feat" is a special project of the publishing house "Belarus Today", which was launched two years ago to remind the people of our country about the tragic events that befell our people during the Great Patriotic War.
The program was opened with a flower-laying ceremony at the iconic place. Representatives of the BSEU, led by Sergey Ivanovich Skriba, Vice Rector for Ideological and Educational Work, visited the Trostenets memorial complex, where participants paid tribute to the memory of the victims of the war at the Gates in Memory monument.

As part of the project, a traveling exhibition was opened at the university, which included about 200 reportage and panoramic photographs of places of memory, as well as unique archival photographs. The exposition clearly reflected the scale of the tragedy of the Belarusian people during the war.

The program ended with a touching concert dedicated to songs about the war.
