II International Scientific and Practical Conference "Economy of Belarus: Growth, Innovation, Security" Held at BSEU

The II International Scientific and Practical Conference "Economy of Belarus: Growth, Innovation, Security" took place at the Belarusian State Economic University (BSEU). The event brought together representatives from relevant ministries, research institutes, and leading national and foreign universities.
More than 350 people took part in the conference. Among the international participants were representatives from Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, China, and Kyrgyzstan.
Opening the conference, the Rector of BSEU, Alexey Vladimirovich Yegorov, emphasized that the uniqueness and main success of the event lie not in stating facts about the state of the economy and the standard of living in the country, but in its constructive agenda: participants do not simply discuss problems — they formulate concrete proposals for solving them.
The main topics of the plenary discussion were ensuring sustainable development in challenging macroeconomic conditions, as well as the search for new approaches and solutions in the field of economic security.
The Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus, Alexey Ivanovich Zubovich, noted in his speech that the theme of the forum underpins the formation of strategic documents of the Republic of Belarus.
